Food trucks gather at Durham Station this month

Durham, NC - Duke community members looking to get out of the office or off campus for lunch have a new location to dine.

This month, three food trucks will serve lunch at the Durham Station Transportation Center at 515 W. Pettigrew St. between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Students, faculty and staff can ride for free to the station on the fare-free Bull City Connector or with a GoPass on any Durham Area Transit Authority or Triangle Transit bus.

Here's the food truck schedule for October:

• Oct. 10, 17, 31 - Big Deez Dogs, hot dogs
• Oct. 11 and 25 - Will and Pop's, grilled cheese 
• Oct. 21 - Only Burger, organic burgers

Truck vendors accept cash and credit cards. The trucks will be parked on Pettigrew Street.
