Take 15 Minutes to Recharge During 'Mindful Moment’ Sessions

New weekly drop-in sessions begin April 16, offering staff and faculty a chance to reframe their day

 “More people are becoming aware of the importance of just stepping away for a moment and becoming calm and present,” said Esther Granville, Programs Manager for LIVE FOR LIFE. “And some people benefit from having some sense of community or structure around that. So, providing something that people can count on and have on their schedule can really just help to make this more of a regular practice for them.”

Attendees are encouraged to sign up for the Mindful Moment mailing list, which will send calendar invitations, along with a short message from Batsakes each week.
